Its bcoz your folder name is template. You have to rename it templates.

can i add some of the routes in other python file say test.py??
You can always do that. Look for Blueprints, multiple views and extensions (search these online)

check if code is correct and then restart pycharm and run again then it must be solved as mine also solved
why bootstrap file is not running on the ulr 5000/bootstrap i wrote everything well. index.html and about.html is working fine but bootstrap is not working if you are comfortable, pick up on whatsApp i will send u screenshot.
