Hi Anna, I have been trying your back stretching routines, and they are difficult but I was making sure to not stretch so much that it hurt. But a few days ago I had to go to the chiropractor because I was in crazy back pain and I dislocated two vertebrae. I know you have not always been flexible and had to work to get to where you are now. I want to get to your level but I don't know how to do so safely without the threat of paralysis. Can you help please?

Anna, this video was epic! I feel like the Ninja fam is the hardest. You have to use your muscles to pull yourself to the top. I am a gymnast just like you and I did this one time in my local gym. I only made it half way because my hands were burning when I climb to the top. The easy one for me is Jordan and Salish Matter because I can do three gymnastics skills. I can do an aerial like you, a beam combination and a Valdez which is similar to a backwalkover. Thank you, Anna for inspiring me to keep pushing forward in my gymnastics skills.
