Hi, I get all the pictogram options at the top but can't seem to scroll down to see the Total item, Fill items etc

I agree, that is strange. The only thing I can think of is to make sure the window you are working in (the browser, or the app) is fully maximized, and see if that helps? I will send Canva a suggestion to add a scrollbar to that panel, like they have for other panels. - Catherine
