Where did you find that drill&adapter?

Adapter is sold by whoever you get your Harken winch from. I recommend buying 2 as you can drop one out if the chuck and it can fall off the edge (so I’ve heard lol).
If you don’t have a vendor, we use GME Supply out of Columbia, MO. They are one of the largest at height suppliers in the country.
As to drills, we use the Milwaukee as it matches our other batteries. Everything he identifies is spot on!! Great video. We expand this out with using presewn loops in the ends of the ropes. You can actually perform almost all rescues without tying a single knot.
