    Nung una naiingit ako kay Ninong Ry pag gumagamit ng pressure cooker, mas madali kase magpalambot ng beef. Then na-realize ko na since home cooking lang naman, pwede ko nang isalang nang matagal yung beef sa uling. And sabi ng partner ko mas masarap daw lasa ng slow cooked kesa sa pressure cooked.
    Ayun lang. More contents pa Ninong!

    Pakahusay nito Nong grabe dami ko pa rin natutunan kahit maalam na ko sa pagluluto. For me lang essential tlga ang Cling Wrap, sobrang natagal veggies ko sa ref at di nasisira kahit 1 week na nimbak sa ref. Di mo na need mamalengke araw araw pra fresh veggies, store mo lang sya sa ref na naka cling wrap ang lettuce crunchy pa rin after a week. Tas narealize ko mas okay nga yung 4sided grater, mas madali mag grate ng carrots lalo na pang shanghai Hahaha kesa hiwa hiwain pa. Apaka husay 👏🏻 More content pa like this nong and God speed.

    Fan ako since 2020. Nagsisimula nako mag-experiment sa kusina noon. Dito kay Ninong nabudol ako bumili ng pressure cooker. Mula noon, essential na sakin ito. Sa mahal ng LPG, malaking tipid in the long run. ❤❤❤

    Happy ako dahil halos sa nabanggit mo Sir ay meron ako dahil pinagipunan ko talaga mga kitchen essentials, I love to cook & make myself comfortable while cooking, ngayon na lang ako nag lie low simula ng naapektuhan ang aking health but my essentials ay inaalagaan ko to treasure them.     Next time Nong, about sa pag gamit ng Oven naman. I have Convection oven pero alam ko iba pa rin ang gamit nito sa Conventional oven(yung walang fan na oven) when it comes sa Temp at tine ng pag bake. Sana sana magkaron neto, beginner pa lang me sa pag bake at tama ka, 0ag may Oven kna nga You can do and cook so much more pa. ❤❤❤

    @NinongRy next episode2 anong gagawin sa mga nabile sa palengke na karne, gulay, seafood, fruits. Para iistore sa ref o etc. bago gamitin. Icover ba sya ng papel para hindi magmoist?
    Episode3 pano I maintain and linisin ang kitchen utensils ng maayos at tama. Like plastic chopping board na ang dami ng tadtad marks. Yung maiitim na ilalim ng kawai etc.

    Pwede po sa susunod na video is 1 week meal plan for family of 4 na balanced with meat, eggs, fish, veggies, carbs for 2000 pesos(ulam lang). I think yan ang budget ng typical Filipino middle-class family. Tapos after that for single person naman.

    Hi ninong, isa pang dessert na pwede pagamitan ng blow torch (bukod sa creme brulee) is baked alaska. Magagamit mo din yung mixer mo for the meringue. Ang ginawa kong twist is imbes na sponge cake yung ilalim, brownies ginawa ko (kaso nung nilagay ko yung leftover sa freezer, naging singtigas ng bato dahil sa chocolate lol)

      Kitchen Essential: Timer or Orasan, pwede ding relo or sa cp na lang. Minsan kasi iba iba yung tantsa natin ng 5 minutes e. Minsan akala mo 5 mins na tas 3 mins pa lang pala or kala mo 5 mins tas 8 mins na pala. Crucial and essential sya kasi minsan yan ang magdidikta kung mahihilawan or ma-oovercook yung luto mo.

    Dun sa hand blender ninong, pwede na yung regular blender since I think mas familiar ang common Filipino households sa kanya. Sa culinary school namin sa regular blender (yung mukhang pitsel) kami nakakagawa naman ng soups. Thank you po sa video. Mas madami pa ako natututunan dito kesa sa culinary school.

    Rather have the all-purpose blender (yung ginagamit para sa smoothie) over the hand blender. Mas malakas, mas makakadurog, at mas maraming mapapagamitan yung all-purpose blender kesa hand blender. Yung hand blender para sa soup, pwedeng gumamit ng potato masher kung thick cuts. Surely di siya smooth yung kalalabasan, but it works.
    The same argument I could say with food processor. Meron nang mas maliit na mura at malakas pa din na magchop na food processor. It almost have the same functionality as a blender kung gustong smooth. Ito yung ginagamit ko para sa pesto o hummus.
    Just my take 😉

    Ninong Ry on the aspect of durability, food safety , economy and upgrading of kitchen wares why not consider using saladmaster units like kettles ,griller, steamer,rice cooker, fryer.these are a bit pricy but very safe effective and efficient coz they are made of titanium 316 stainlless steel.you may wish to consider in the near future.thanks

    Cleaver po ay pwede rin sa isda.
    Chopping board 2pcs dahil yung isa ay para sa anumang hihiwain like gulay, karne, manok, at iba pa; at ang isa ay para sa malalansa katulad ng isda, hipon or squid.

    Bilang isang baker, kailangan ko talaga 'yung oven pero 'yung mixer, ilang taon akong walang mixer. Hahaha. Binili ko lang para mas mapabilis pag may orders e. Pero kayang kaya sa kamay/rubber spatula.

    May bagong research ngayon na mas mababa ang glycemic index ng pinalamig na kanin kesa sa bagong saing. Kaya yung iba pinapalamig muna (day old) then steam na lang para mas onti ang sugar content ng white rice.

      If you are worried sa glycemic index, meron ng rice cooker na may low sugar function.
      But honestly if someone is watching his glycemic index, probably he needs to skip rice and switch to Quinoa or Corn rice.
