I could've watched this for twice as long, I love to see what you're planning on reading! All of these look really interesting! I love the sound of that Cullen Bunn monster book, and those Frankenstein and Dracula books look incredible! This all got me even more excited for #OmnidogAutumn and all the Halloween reading, can't wait! Thanks for showing a haul, these types of videos are always so enjoyable!
Immensely enjoyed this haul, Jess! Got some books that had me interested in picking up some time soon, hopefully. Can't wait to have you again on our show - Sharif (Aussieverse)
The Georges Bess books are exquisite! Cant wait for the Hunchback book. Also, Firepower is Kirkman’s best book in recent years and Samnee’s art is 🔥 Great haul Jess! I hope you read them all before Thanksgiving.
what a great video, thanks for taking our suggestion! :) i saw a number of books I've been on the fence about and decided I need to get back into tpbs since the big two seem to be getting away from OHCs. It was cool to see some more of your collection on the different camera setup. tks Omnidog
Joy Operations is amazing. I loved reading it. I'm looking forward to the sequel! The Hunger and the Dusk is also amazing. Vol. 2 is releasing next year (2025), I believe. Edit: Oooohhh, there are a few series I wishlisted. I do want to get CODA. That looks amazing. For Fables, there is a comic based on the first video game from TellTale.
Holy, so you´re telling me that there is one Swede that pushes books on you and another one that tries to help you minimize your collection😂 Hope all is good and well with you, Jess. I´m finally getting some new books of my own very soon!😊
That's a LOT of books. I took notes of a couple I want to order myself. I'm curious about your thoughts about the whole Snyder Justice League run wrapping up with Metal.
Duke, Cobra commander and Scarlet are in characters in G.I. Joe, maybe that's why you are lost in reading them because you are trying to connect them to Transformers?
For the first four Energon Universe trades my recommended reading order would be Void Rivals, then Transformers, then Duke , then Cobra Commander. There are already characters showing up across the different series and that follows a timeline of where the three characters that are springing to mind appear without any jumping around. No idea if it'll be as simple to keep in line as things progress. I believe the plan is to never go over four monthly titles at once and after the Scarlett and Destro minis GI Joe goes to an ongoing so in theory that should open up a slot for character focused Transformers minis. But it's an entirely new continuity, certainly you can make assumptions based on previous versions of the franchise but if the writing is doing it's job you should be able to come in fresh and get introduced to the characters. It helps that the Transformers cast is being kept deliberately small to begin with.
Have a copy of Somna and the Devil's Cut anthology coming signed by both Becky and Tula with a 1/100 NSFW bookplate in Somna. Kinda wish I'd plumped up the extra for the expanded (direct market?) version of the Somna hardcover, uncensored dongs and their story from Devil's Cut included in the expanded version. They were signing at the Manchester Travelling Man store yesterday then doing a signing livestream on the Travelling Man Whatnot.
In general I think waiting for the HCs is going to be my preference for DSTLRY titles. I love that they're doing European style album releases as the initial offerings but if nice collections are not too far behind it's hard to justify jumping in early.

I REALLY want to read Death Metal but I have a feeling it's going to be at the end of the year. I hope end of THIS year lol

I am lost in Transformers! I haven't read anything else yet LOL

@@thepartworkscomicsreader9488 I'm looking forward to reading Somna!! And I agree on waiting for these OHC's!
Not oversized, the original perfect bound albums are at that page size. DSTLRY haven't put out anything in a US format.
@@thepartworkscomicsreader9488 got it!
I liked dwellings however it was diminishing returns with each issue.
Hunger and dusk was pretty good.
Jess...how many books do you think you own?
I estimate at least 5000.
I think Marcelo is probably right. I honestly don't want to count lol
@@rayhann8626 He's not buying them to sell them or make money
I have been quiet for a while haha. You are going read this in twenty years and say, "JOSH WAS RIGHT."

So you bought everything in the shop that I didn't buy.
