    Nyesha is such a good host - omg!!! She connects with everyone in a way I rarely see. You can tell she is so pumped and also interested, and finds pleasure is every aspect of food. More please!!! 🥰🥰🥰

    I’m from Tasmania and I jumped for joy when the chef mentioned he uses a Tasmanian trout. Eater never happens to unimpress me with its lavish range of restaurant content I hope to visit someday!

    Nyesha is a very good host around things that even she is unfamiliar with. It is very cool how the ending message talks about the "heart" of Japanese cooking, which is lying beneath all the hype around the super popular things like sushi and kaiseki.

      Japanese food is overpriced and overrated in the US.
      Other Asian cultures have way way better food
