that was very complex yet very nice, i think. maybe a bit too complex to be properly emotional. so i think the story was a little something like, in the real-real world, lynri dies to save her son Neil, but uploads her memories to the yu-haynes machine before that. neil takes over the machine, and starts running simulations to preserve his mother. she goes a little hogwild with it, and starts running her *own* simulations, where the one that ends up surviving instead of her son (tobi), makes the world that we play in most of the time, including the quincy we play as. so it's all just simulations, making their own simulations, making their own simulations... until the tree gets so big it's about to topple and risks erasing the whole system. so, in the real world, lynri died early... and everything else is fake. wow... I think this game is somewhat a sequel to "finding paradise" but it's been a while so I forgot the storyline 🥲
