Absolutely delightful from both of you. Will be looking for more from Saulo. A great character to rep the top levels of the greatest game in the world.
32:55 Very good point here. Feels like BB's range is too polarised and we beat the bottom part(54, bricked hearts etc) w/ our K-high FDs so I am never reopening with that hand.We simply beat (almost)every bluff of VIllain and unlikely making him fold a made hand.
Love the videos Nick. It’s been great to watch your thought process develop so well over this series and your other videos. Saulo is a great guest. I would ask if you would ever consider running these with a subscriber?
About hand 4: I would surely ingame check too with the same thought process OOP on the turn. But isnt any pair IP but an Ace indifferent on this flop, when our checkraises are very polar unlike on a T high board? I imagine even some Ax want to fold flop? Just wondering about other possibilities
Just had a look in GTO Wizard and yeah you're right, tons of Ax indifferent on the flop here. AQss is mixing fold! Much prefers the ones with a backdoor heart or bdsd.
In hand 1, if you jam you're risking 1200 to win lik 150, so you need villain not to be nutted like 15% of the time, and that's assuming he never calls you with some bluff catcher, and I think he is nutted at least 15% of the time when he makes this bet and has something he just can't fold like Q9.
He just had a soul read that our dude was over betting AT for thin value because that's meta now, maybe he thought all the boat combos and straight draws woulda bet the turn so villain has marginal made hands and air only. But no.
Idk if Saulo reads comments here, but hand 4's river analysis seemed quite off to me. Shouldn't OOP just rip everything that beats AK? On this super clean river I wouldn't expect a decent midstakes reg to fold too many aces if any vs aggro guy. In this case IP facing check could just shove 99+ as those have ~100% equity vs OOP giveup range. He mentioned some ambitious guys might try folding out A6, this is very different from the way I see this spot. Anyway thanks for the video, fun hands.
I mean it's a weird spot but Saulo absolutely should still have some traps otherwise the IP gets to just jam every bluff. But when you jam with AK what are you expecting to call that you beat? It's basically just exactly this combo of 89 with a heart. So if he never traps and you realise he can have this combo then yes you can jam with AK but those are some big assumptions that might be difficult to even figure out in game.
Hand 5 no punt. I'm serious. Someone does this to me I tag them as a good reg. On triple broadway boards, everyone has a piece of the flop so play becomes much tighter than normal. Top pair is marginal, and everything below top pair is shit so it becomes a bluff candidate. KQ's showdown value is practically inexistent. Of course the point is to get him off an ace, and he has many : AK, ATs, and partials of all smaller suited aces. GTO Wizard approved play. AJhh 60% fold on the river in opponent's shoes.
This was a lot of fun, thanks for having me ❤
Absolute pleasure mate, you're a legend.
Swear down this Poker community is like no other. Love to see these collabs and great content ❤📈
You're doing a great job yourself lad ❤

Yes! Saulo was always going to bring the heat.

Hi mate! Thanks a lot, appreciate it. I did do a community submission Punt or No Punt before, maybe I could do another!
@@eastyyy22 I’d watch
every hand was a punt, but I loved every second of it 🤣
haha good summary, cheers mate
Needed this !!!
Enjoy!
Absolutely killer PONP!! Expected nothing less from Saulo, hopefully he can come back one day with these insane hands.
After how long this took to get booked in I reckon that will be in 2026
Awesome content!

No way :O
Do we then bluff our hand OTT? Seems reasonable now@@eastyyy22
There's a fine line between genius and insanity - and its name is Saulo Costa 😂 great PONP.
haha I want to be harsher but he's so good
best episode fr. cool hands from Saulo
thanks mate!
Nice one!
the 99 barrel on the Thigh flop is actually the most frequent line in theory aswell, so not that crazy :D
Yet to watch but already know this is going to be a mad one , not sure if I'm prepared
Let me know what you think, thanks for the pre-comment!
Those hands proves Saulo is a psycho
never doubted it
One of the best punt or no punt
Love Saulo, such a cool dude 😎
I would be interested to know what Saulo is XRing for value in the 98o hand on the turn
Almost certainly mixing the sets and some Ax 2 pairs OTT, mainly sets as they unblock the reopen.
Wait 1kNL actually runs on 888? Get me in
Yeah in the evenings mostly, flick it in lad
why, your 4 betting range is only AA/KK nothing else lol
888 is rigged... but probably not in the high stakes! 😂

Yeah I don't think hand 1 is too controversial lmao

Love it!
Thanks lad!
Awesome video ahah
Wait, I remember seeing this 64 hand before, wasn't that on Punt or no Punt?
not that I know of!
@@eastyyy22 guess it was in one of Saulo's vids
@@BarvGwydh Yeah I think Saulo already showcased it on his channel, this looks familiar to me too

Christ, really?? Way undercooked our fold equity I guess.
incredible
standard hands
can’t tell if saulo is a poker genius or just the biggest punter ever 🤔
yes
have put my seatbelt on and chub in hand. lfg
To summarise and save you the time of watching it......
MASSIVE PUNT
MASSIVE PUNT
MASSIVE PUNT
PUNT
PUNT
Your'e welcome.
First
to do smth with men after some beers
after watching h1, i think it's clear that saulo is gunna lose 5:0 here ahahaha
you don't like hand 1???
Juice me!
Consider yourself juiced
The first hand is definitely a punt just because you're risking 1,240 to get only 133... totally unnecessary!! 😂
Gotta respect it though!
I’ve learnt to bluff better and cleaner now
