Yeh, thats it, if they have a lot of HP/ tanky champs goong elec u are gonna do no dmg so its best to go conq and then hybrid build so u can still be useful

Not out yet, but I think it will make Talon’s quality of life feel a bit better but nothing special or game changing so /:
