I have been continuously and diligently following up with my AO, which gets changed strangely. No action has been taken on the matter from the past one year

Dear Maam my mom is facing issue related to wrong PAN no linked to Aadhar Card as she was trying to link the aadhar with the pan and it was not working out so she by mistakenly applied for some E-pan card in which it generated a different pan card and it got linked to aadhar card and now we want to link the old pan card which she had earlier Please help in guiding us to write process Thank you
@@CAGuruJi Maam shall i submit a grievance for PAN related or shall I submit a grievance related to Aaddhar linking as both the pan are for the same person but we want the old one which has been there in bank accounts and other places please help Thank you

If old pan got deactivated then linked addhar will automatically delinked from that pan..this is my understanding and as per new process
