Many people go to the Japanese metropolises like Tokyo and Osaka, but it's in the countryside where the true Japanese gems lie hidden from the tourists.
@@deep-fry I was in kawaguchiko in 2019 , it was quite a popular tourist attraction , ofc it's not as crowded as tokyo or kyoto. Also you have to be pretty lucky to see Mt. Fuji as the summit is above the clouds you have to catch it on a (mostly) clear day
He is why I now know this route; these paths; can take for granted the views he let us see. I am - as always - grateful. And as he is letting me see what I will either have to wait for quite sometime in order to see for myself, or continues to show me what I'll only ever get to see through his hard work and endurance, I feel blessed. I feel ' blessed ' that - by some miracle - I stumbled across his channel several years ago. He has my taste; my exact inquisitiveness; my eyes. He likes my weather during my time of night ( rain falling during evening time ). His videos are my brakes; they allow me to find it within myself to be patient. He also has gifted me resolve. I'm determined to fight my disabilities in order to get to Japan; his videos are the visual incentive. So thank you, Rambalac. I still think as I have always thought: that you are amazing.

Rambalac, I don't know if it is your equipment or your technique, but your videos are more beautiful than ever! What a joy it is to walk with you, especially for someone like me. I just turned 70, and my mobility is very limited. Your videos get me out of the house and into the world. I can't thank you enough! Ramble on, Ramblers!
I know I´ve said it on another ocassion, but a beautiful country Japan is and what beautiful paths sorrounded by nature you can enjoy walking... Another great Rambalac video.
I have been that Train Station, those streets, that school, that lake side, that hotel at the lake side and the Fuji mountain, though i could only climbed up to the level 8, I watched an unforgettable sun rise at the 白雲莊,my friend's family have went up to the peak of Fuji, I still feel that was a very amusing Fuji mountain trip in 2016! Thank you very much for taking this crystal clear nice video and sharing it with us! You are so kind and wishing you all the best!
I used to live in Yokohama. When the weather was clear it was possible to see Mt. Fuji in all its glory. Most of the time it was obscured by clouds or haze though.
Your videos are great to watch after work. Especially if the duty turned out to be difficult. Very good for calming the nerves. Thank you very much for your walks that you share with us 🙂
This is food for the human soul just through your excellent 4k video. I can only imagine what it's like in person. Looks divine and peaceful. Makes me feel at ease while at the same time stirring my imagination and whirring my heart. Cheers!
LOVE this video. Small town Japan, peaceful, quiet, and clean. I would love living in a town like this Japanese town. I have been living in a small sea side city in Southern California USA for almost 50 yrs now and I love my town. My town in Ca is also peaceful, quiet, and pretty but I would not want to take a stroll at night here because there is more of a chance encounter with a predator lurking in the dark. Thank you Mr. Rambalac for posting all these nice videos.
Finally, I see where camera is located that shows that view of Mount Fuji. The live camera being one I often keep up on one of my TV's as it looks so nice. Complete with that little binocular you can just see in the view. I had no ideal there was other views up there or how it was all set up.
Having just installed a surround sound system in my living room. I can say these videos sound fantastic. Hearing the wind blowing across and the people walking nearby. Thanks for the great content!
Could not agree more. Been my zen since finding. Big screen, full surround. Traffic, chattin, ambient whizzin by left righ back n forth. Pretty good right! Chill good all :)
Fuji Kawaguchiko was one of my favorite places in Japan in 2023. Next time we visit I want to spend more time there. Such an amazing, slow and beautiful place!
Hi Rambalac. Greetings from Brazil again. I'm planning to visit Fuji-san from four different sides: Fujiyoshida/Kawaguchiko, Fujinomiya, Gotemba and Yamanashi/Lake Motosu (influenced by Yuru-Camp). This video solves most of the way on the Fujiyoshida/Kawaguchiko side. Thank you.
I really like this kind of walk, and the weather was perfect. Cherry on the cake with this superb view of Mount Fuji. Thank you for this beautiful walk Mr Ramb😊😸👍
I went there many times but this place is always amazing. There is a strange but reassuring feeling of having magnificent Fuji-san always near you. Even when it's foggy you can "feel" his presence. The sunset also gives a mystic vibe on Fuji. The people are also very nice, we got caught in a local event with my girlfriend where the people make huge fire and chill around alcohol and warm food, they kept giving us stuff to eat and drink haha. Amazing place
It's fun seeing how much a city can change in a relatively short time. I travelled to Kawaguchiko in September of 2019 and visited a lot of the same spots seen in this video, and it's super cool to see changes to a place I still very much remember. Never really had an experience like it before. Thanks for your hard work :)
Good day sir, i like when you just seeing railway crossing and train that about to come at the first second of your video and I some kind of railfans , so I like watching train just croos in front of me , keep going man!
I was following along on Google Streetview to try and find interesting locations to visit here, and it's quite interesting how much has changed since the Streetview pictures from 2018/2019. Some grey hostel building you passed used to be painted bright orange, the school yard near the beginning had had trees and an entire building removed, another building went from beige to pink and so on. I was a bit confused by the fisherman who seemed to just stand on his boat and somehow get pulled forward, or whatever was going on there.
não sabia q tinha teleférico nesse lugar. a vista parece a de hakodate em Hokkaido. 1:17:37 isso é um recurso da sua câmera nova? como vc conseguiu fazer zoom somente da parte de trás da imagem? 🤔 😲
Does it take a while to load the route you walked in the map you provided? All the routes there are old ones back in 2017 (Black), 2018 (Blue) and 2019 (Green). This doesn't happen in the past. Usually when I click the link to your map, the route you took was displayed immediately. Thanks for this one Rambalac!
