Trains at Coventry. WCML. 10/01/2023.

A brilliant way to kick off 2023 with a 2 hour stay at Coventry on the West Coast Mainline where we see plenty of services from Avanti West Coast, Cross Country, London Northwestern Railway and Freight from DB Cargo UK and Locomotive Services.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here at Coventry today. It's a fantastic station in terms of traffic. Mainly passenger services tbf but you obviously do get a decent enough amount of Freight there as well. You want to get there at the right time for Freight. I think when I got there I may have missed the little flurry of Freight. I highly recommend Coventry if you've not been trainspotting there before.
My next station is Birmingham Moor Street on the Chiltern Mainline where we see plenty of services from Chiltern Railways and West Midlands Railway, along with the Avanti West Coast, Cross Country and London Northwestern Railway services going in and out of Birmingham New Street.
