    Thank you. I was dumb some time ago, bought one of these without doing much research and ended up having a few droplets come out and coat some of the components on my PC. I also remember how the can would get really cold, and didn't know if that was bad or something. I like how you addressed every question I had from when I used this without doing my due diligence back in the day, so now that I'm planning on upgrading my graphics card and cleaning some of the dust, I can go into it much more confidently after this video. Thanks!

  • @homerthompson6028

    This may seem obvious to some but it took me awhile to figure it but if the can gets cold then you will start losing air pressure. The can has to warm up to build air pressure again. This way you can use the entire can with good air pressure until the very last drop of liquid.

    How do you attach the accompanying tube to the trigger assembly without breaking one or the other, or both? I never was able to attach the tube, and thus found the air duster useless for getting into tight spaces.

    • @EasyPcRepairs
      @EasyPcRepairs  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Just push the tube into the nozzle. I've never had one break on me. Maybe you've had some brittle tubes that break easily.

    Some additional tips from me:
    1) Turn the can upsidedown and spray the liquid on a glass or a mirror, wait for the liquid to evaporate, see if you see any oily residue, if yes - your canned air is not a good quality, don't use it on electronics, if you can barely see any marks then it's a good quality.
    2) Never spray directly into unprotected RAM/GPU/CPU sockets, keep your ram installed, and don't spray directly into PCI-e slots.
    3) Never spray compressed air on your monitor, you can push dust in between the LCD panels.
    4) Hold the fan blades when spraying over them.
    5) Never use professional big air compressor to clean pc parts.

      Probably faulty can. Check if shaking or tilting works to get it going … but do not use it on the pc whilst doing this … the can must warm up again and only air should come out. Reassemble the spray top and tube.

    Was wondering if you do spray your computer with the liquid aerosal (Holding the can upside down) is this liquid actually harmful to the components of the computer? I ask because I've actually done that a few times in my life but I've never actually experienced any problems with doing so.. I assumed it was a just a way to crystalize the dust thats stuck inside tight area's making it easier to remove but I wasn't sure. So far it sounds like I've simply lucked out an not destroyed my computer.. 😅

    • @EasyPcRepairs

      I've seen people spray their computer with a lot of liquid coming out of their can. I've accidently sprayed a little on computer components myself in the past. If the liquid is allowed to dry before powering on the computer, there never seems to be any problems with the computer afterwards. At least that's my experience (and some other people's experience too).

      If you accidently spray liquid, let it dry before you turn on your computer and it will be ok.

      It's usually dry within 5 - 10 minutes if the room temperature is around 18°C or more.

    my complaint with the Esperanza Typhoon Compressed Air Can is that the little straw thing does not actually stick to the sprayer.

      Usually it should be possible to insert it properly, if not, simply return it. There are better methods any way!

      Try and avoid em … there are better options like using a small compressor.

    If you can make the investment just get a cheap air compressor like you would fill bike tires with. You dont want a super nice one cause you dont want it too strong

    what liquid is contained in an air can, what for?

    • @GanymedeXD
      @GanymedeXD หลายเดือนก่อน

      Its compressed gas … the gas to dust it off! If you compress gas it becomes liquid at high pressure. Its highly flammable. Various gasses are used.
