Both are eligible. It's just that you have to be the best if you want to get selected as Rajpath Commander.

There's no process as such at IGC level for YEP. You just need to give exams when your training officers will call cadets to take part in YEP. However, I would advise you to keep a check on it instead of just waiting for somebody's call. That'll help you.

If you going RDC 2021 then your YEP also will be between May 2021 to March 2022. There is no option to go more later on

Sir, weather a 3rd year NCC cadet is liable for YEP or not ? and sir do you have any idea about the commencement of NCC camps this year, because due to the spread of COVID-19 I don't know from when camps will begin and from when the conduction process of RDC 2021 will start ?

1) 3rd year cadets are not eligible for YEP. Only second year cadets are.
2) To answer your second question please watch my previous video as I have covered that topic in detail .

I have clearly said it, all BC's and Non BC's who write the exam have a chance to go for YEP. I hope I have cleared your doubt.
