My Real Estate Broker told me to do this each day, but he only used the vertical up and down arrow. He called it a "mood meter." He said it would help me to be aware of my emotional state. He also added a plus and minus 15 as the possible range for my emotional ratings. I guess plus and minus ten would be just as good. LOL - TAV ♥️🇺🇸🌎 👍

I would say to do this wall chart exercise every hour of your work day. You should see your income level go up each year for the next fifty years. Make and use a slider scale, and put it on the calendar on your wall by your work station. Do it every hour. Good luck. - TAV ♥️🇺🇸🌎👍

Dissapointed that this video showcases the 'medical model' of diagnosing/labelling emotional distress. Maybe check out the work of James Davies and Lucy Johnstone to see what damage is done via the culture of diagnosis.

yet official diagnosis is important for those who seek help - you can't get help from official medicine or local authorities unless you are diagnosed

@@nataliasmith2410 completely agree with you - which proves that the culture of psychiatric diagnosis is fundamentally flawed. Accessing help should not require someone to be 'disordered' in any way. People's emotional responses to their lives/experiences are not illnesses.

Would love to talk about how we can work together. We are a brand with a mission to educate and inspire a generation to utilize physical activity and more to improve mental wellness. We also provide tips, best practice, and real life experiences through our American Minds Club Articles.
