Very cool house. Sorry, I ever doubted. Your channel is 100% my favorite exploring channel. It's not the first one that I've found. But it's the only one i'm subscribed to anymore I really like that you primarily do abandoned houses. And you do know edits and little to no cuts Just a straightforward tour of nice houses by someone who genuinely loves doing them
Yes, quite a cool house. Love the slate floors in entry. The kitchen smaller but the cupboards over peninsula blocked the view and making it appear smaller. Well maintained home for sure. The light fixtures remaining really neat. Very nice living/dining room. Love the recroom with stone fireplace and the bedroom with the groovy flower power curtains. Those downstairs carpets amazing and in great shape after so many years. Such a beautiful setting almost like a park in the backyard. Must have been a pleasant place to live. A shame another piece of history to be erased for ugly apartments. Will they ever learn. Thanks Ethan for catching this one before its demise. Take care be well and stay safe.
I love this MCM, the architecture of these are always amazing and full of unique and cooI features, both inside and out, that give them so much individual style and character! I wouldn't mind having this one at all! The lower level rec room was so awesome! I didn't care for the color scheme throughout, or the kitchen. I would redecorate with retro theme decor and colors, and rework the whole kitchen space. It's a shame to lose this one😐Cool explore!! ✌️
Tell you what.. a lot of sneezing in and out w the teens who grew up there. Love it , love those retro sheer flower curtains, definitely wife had the design say in that home. Thanks love it.
I love seeing the mid century homes. They are definitely my favorite. Great vlog again, Ethan! Keep up the great work. P.S. Everytime you get to a mirror, my husband and I both hold up the peace sign saying "what's up you guys" LOL✌✌
Playing catch up my TH-cam went sqiffy , those lights in the first bathroom were very interesting . They obviously were a fan of colour which is refreshing to see xx
So exciting to us hockey fans! I love the basement because it had the most original features. The wall border/ flowers on the wall were very big and the 80s/90s and could have been even self adhesive. They were either used to trim the top of a room or to create a chair rail in between contrasting wallpapers for a dining room for example. The kitchen cabinets are oak with cathedral doors which is probably a late 80s addition and I’m guessing the kitchen layout wasn’t original. Exciting find!! Cindy 🌈🌈👱♀️
Wow. You’ve got me with this one sir. All these years I’ve watched & you always amaze me.May I ask to come “shadow” you so I can see these mids in person?! Won’t bother you a bit. I’ll just stick back & look. 🙏🏼🤷🏻♀️😊 omg the pink flower curtains Ahh
Loved the pink flowered drapes in the downstairs Bedroom! Absolutely gorgeous. Thank you for sharing. BTW I think the hallway downstairs with the door going outside is maybe a mud room?
JUST STARTING TO SEE YOUR VIDEO AND LEAVING THE 👍 THUMB UP THANKS FOR BRINGING US YOUR INTERESTING VIDEOS, AND THEIR HISTORY, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, GRETTINGS FROM MY BEAUTIFUL STATE OF ARIZONA 🇺🇸
Love those retro vibes! Those floral curtains in the spare bedroom in the basement would look great in my master bedroom!! Love them! Great explore, Ethan! Thank you!!
I wonder why it seems like most abandoned houses have washers and dryers there. I would think people would take those when they leave. Hope they are salvaged before the tear-down.
This house is the reason why the Maple Leafs, or Canada at all, havent won a Cup since. This is the most horrific use of Hall.of Fame Hockey Money, bros.
Nice mid century home Ethan. My guess is the original owner sold it in the 80s and that is when it got some renovations like the kitchen, the paint and flowered wall borders. Love the original features. It’s a shame it had to be torn down.
What a beautiful home that's so well kept that is looks new ready to move i to I do love the.combination 60's& 80's features. The slate flooring, stone fireplace, sculptured shag carpet, wallpaper, colored bathroom fixtures, large ceiling to floor windows, tile work , all of his shows the craftsmanship that went into building this high end home of this period. Thank you for this epic tour Ethan absolutely loved it .❤
What a cool find! It's crazy how modest a hall of famers house from that era is in comparison to some of the huge mansions today's star players live in. Shows how crazy the salaries are now compared to back then.
The carpet in the basement back in the 80’s was called sculptured carpet. The two toned colors. So awesome to see. Long gone. This house was very nice in its day. The beautiful blonde brick.Love the nice big yard also. Thank you Ethan!! You got it you remember the name after I finished the comment way to go. You’re getting very good at walking us thru.❤ Really love this one. Enjoy the older houses!
Good afternoon Ethan 🤗. to me this home is an upper middle class home and I know you don’t like going into basements, but this basement was awesome one of the best basements that I’ve seen you documented. Very very nice and it is a shame. I don’t understand what’s going on in your part of the world why they are demoing a lot of these beautiful homes, but I guess it is what it is to make more money.😢. Anyways, thank you for sharing and you take care and be safe❤🤠.
Hi Ethan It’s such a beautiful house that I can’t believe it’s going to be destroyed. I think that is an outrage. The only thing is the kitchen, it is too small and I guess maybe this famous NHL player didn’t have a wife to do the cooking. I loved all the bedrooms except for the master I thought the bathroom was kind of small as well. Some of those bedrooms had wild paint jobs. The purple one the blue one. I was surprised this house didn’t have an upstairs. The basement was cool especially that fireplace with the stone all around it. Nevertheless a cool find Ethan you always find the great ones. Thank you for bringing us along on this exploration. Cool stuff Ethan. Can’t wait to see what’s next. Congrats on the 102K subs. Stay safe and well.👍🆒😊
Wow He had a very nice country home . I love all the colors jus a very small kitchen . It is a 1 person cooking place . Looks like he Barbequed on his deck. Thanks Ethan i enjoy your walking thru and intro videos of nice homes .Love ya Barbara NWP , FL
The bordered wallpaper was a 80's thing. Tile like in that shower (the little square mixed matched ones) from the 60-70's} My apartment bathroom still has the original tiles like that. The complex was built in the late 70's. The paneling reminds me of out house when it was added on in the early 70's. Same as the colored carpet. ( we had blue carpet in our living room)
Thanks Ethan. This one was interesting with The original features. That kitchen was way tooo small even for the 50’s. Definitely did not resemble an NHL players home. 😂
Having a home like this is how you can retire as a hockey player. This house is pretty basic in layout. This is affordable and cheap to heat. This guy didn't go all out with some 10 million dollar build. Whoever owned this house must have been pretty smart. This house does not look or feel like a celebrity home. Most judges build bigger and better than this.
Love it I was there. I would have tried to buy that immaculate condition worth saving damn shame it’s gonna get torn down because I could probably get a good price on it to oh well that’s life we come and we go.
One of my fav houses you’ve done! I was born in 64. Such great memories of this style house.

Glad you got to this stunning house before it was gone
Room with fireplace and green tub were highlights for me
i can tell this going to be already awesome Ethan ❤With that massive space could of extended the kitchen space

That house is beautiful, have a bless and happy Thanksgiving Ethan
You work so hard on these videos and thank you so much Ethan 👍
Love those retro vibes! Those floral curtains in the spare bedroom in the basement would look great in my master bedroom!! Love them! Great explore, Ethan! Thank you!!
Yal have Beautiful Trees there❤
WOW! SO Seventies!
i loved it Thanks for sharing . ❤❤❤ Stay safe love ya
He didn’t need a big kitchen if he lived there alone. He traveled a lot and probably rarely cooked.
Hi Ethan greetings from the UK🇬🇧 love your vids think something is wrong with the ISO setting on your phone really bright great vids 🤔
Wow is right in the downstairs!
I love the compactness of it.
Oh, umm I love his Canadian accent!❤❤❤
I wonder why it seems like most abandoned houses have washers and dryers there. I would think people would take those when they leave. Hope they are salvaged before the tear-down.
That multicolor shag carpet is from the 1970's.
If the house is being demolished soon how can the "wrong person get a hold of it"? I don't understand.
The kitchen was updated. The faucets aren’t 1960s nor the cabinets
Those Floral Borders were Definitely 80s🎉
This house is the reason why the Maple Leafs, or Canada at all, havent won a Cup since. This is the most horrific use of Hall.of Fame Hockey Money, bros.
❤❤❤❤❤
somebody mowed the lawn.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Reminds me of malorys house in NBK
If you look online it’s called Barbie’s retro house it looks kinda like this NHL is house no joke !!!!
Remember who always said to check the closets Ethan?!
Sculptured carpet............yummy!!!!
A sin it will meet the wrecking ball!
Mansions are great but this has to be my favorite, it’s perfect. LOVED IT and too bad it’s getting demolished. 🫶 25:51

Totally spectacular 😊
Awesome find Ethan 😎
1970s overload! I thought that smoke detector was mine makin noise 😮😅. Looked like a house i grew up in! Ty!
Nice house. I think that kitchen is WAY too small. Thank you Ethan for the great explore. Blessings to you and please stay safe. 👍😊
Now THAT was a well-built house.
You can tell this is a century house because the wallpaper and the colors and I think that the kitchen should be a little bigger
You can have a bowling lane in that rec room!🤣 Thanks for sharing. Can you check the progress of its destruction if possible? Have a good holiday.

Gross carpet, and stone veneer on fireplace. Not real full stones. Can tell how they are installed, and its looks.
I loved this house Ethan ❤....basement was incredible..I liked the flow of it ..thanks Ethan for taking us along with you stay safe well and happy 💋
Enjoyed watching this.
Got home from work see that you going to have a live stream thank you nice house see you on the next one
When the smoke detector starts chirping it mean the battery needs to be changed
I love your videos! Try not to say “If I’m being honest” repeatedly…It actually means that someone is selective with their truthfulness…
I have actually seen this before. But I enjoyed your walk-through better ❤
I love this house
Wow He had a very nice country home . I love all the colors jus a very small kitchen . It is a 1 person cooking place . Looks like he Barbequed on his deck. Thanks Ethan i enjoy your walking thru and intro videos of nice homes .Love ya Barbara NWP , FL
interesting the grab bars in the bathrooms. would not be there unless someone needed them. wonder who that was
U need a microphone so we can hear you better
This home was gorgeous
I just loved the stone fireplace. The kitchen cabinets were beautiful. Thank you for another amazing adventure 💙🏡💙🏡💙🏡💙🏡
If you check the cupboards over the breakfast bar out, that would make it look twice as big
Yes another great video from you Ethan ❤️I love it 😊

Love this house. And yes that kitchen is small but absolutely usable. What a shame it has to be demolished. So glad you got to show us
Thanks Ethan. This one was interesting with The original features. That kitchen was way tooo small even for the 50’s. Definitely did not resemble an NHL players home. 😂

Carpet looks like it's burgundy Red just like what I have in the bedrooms
My kitchen in my 1965 home was tiny like that. Those cabinets and that wallpaper border look 80's
Love it I was there. I would have tried to buy that immaculate condition worth saving damn shame it’s gonna get torn down because I could probably get a good price on it to oh well that’s life we come and we go.
It's a wonderful House kind of brings back memories
Anyone guess who the player was for thus house, come on Canucks, im not maple leaf fan, my guess is Dave Keon or Tim Horton
Maybe tge kitchen is small coz tge owner was a single guy? Lol another great video, thanks!
What a treat that house is.
Has an odd Mary Kay Cosmetic gone Funeral Home vibe!!!
Ethan I swear you and Austin power's have the same taste. Who? look him up.
Why is being torn down? And also what’s being built in its place
.....❤❤.....no se entiende bien......qué decís......
Those wallpaper boarders were sick, the thing in the 80,s
😂
Nice Manson! I just kills me knowing that it is gonna be leveld.
I wonder why no garage and just car port
I love your videos.
That cabinet behind the fireplace in the basement is a wood bin
the crunch on that decayed mouse lmao
That’s awesome you went to J’s house!
I love it!! Awesome find Ethan!!
Awful feminine house for a guy
Sup from Kentucky😊
Smoke detector scares animals❤
Very nice master bedroom.
Comfortable first bedroom.
Mind the decaying mice Ethan!
