1) RELIABILITY, barely ever injured.
2) A work horse, ran his socks off the pitch.
3) Turned up in some big games (I.e. the Champions League game against Bayern where he chipped Neuer).
4) His personal life, a family man and charitable person.
All of these qualities are the ones that made Mané “irreplaceable”

In agreement to some extent, but we can not expect the players now to settle comfortably for low wages and high output (physically and otherwise) especially considering as you said that it's now highly commercialized involving massive enforcements, release clauses and other managerial financially critical elements. The players feel like pawns in the game, especially when they look at players who grossly underperform in same and or other clubs who are much more appreciated both financially and otherwise. I think it's unfair that Klopp did not appreciate Mane, by the stats Mane is his most played player among the front three, clearly the game time issue is not the problem, and people sometime forget that Manager is not the one who make a contract / salary. Klopp trust and appreciation toward Mane comes from his game time and Mane was the first big signing Klopp has made for Liverpool.

Liverpool has made the biggest mistake in their history in letting mane go at this time. Also Mo salah will find it difficult to achieve much with nunes and Diaze on the same pitch.
100k is ridiculous for this level of player. He should have be on 2 or 3x that amount by now. As with all the other top prem players.

It's crazy ,Sterling is getting 300k weekly at Chelsea ,both good players but I rather Mane for the 300k or 400k weekly.
things were never the same after the burnley game when Salah never passed to mane and one of them was leaving.
