Just a question. I'm getting a good signal from both satellites. ( 95 / 87 ), but the squares on the left of the tuning screen that are usually green, one is red and the other is yellow. ( some are still green ) But I'm getting a good picture. What I have done is to move my dish farther away and used the female connectors to join new cables to the dish. Any ideas? thanks.

Hey Marty, that is a bit tricky of an issue to solve as it can be many things including the receiver itself…but the number one cause of this is poor connections, I would go through them all and make sure the connection is good, if it’s loose it should be replaced…the next most common issue is the LNB on the dish being cracked or heavily weathered. If that is the case then call Shaw for a replacement. Hope this helps.
