Sir, I am 22 years old, living in a small town. From childhood only, I was curious of cinematography, photography, music, etc. Now, after so much of research, I am planning to make a 1hour movie but I do not have such a budget. I belong to a middle class family so I am unable of arranging an appropriate fund. But my dream is to make the movie i am planning for.
Can I make the project possible without money?
If yes then how to promote the film? Is it a proper way to release the movie in TH-cam only? As because of lack of money power.
