    Please tell me if queue based routing is possible to implement on top of skill based routing and if trigger can be used for such functionality?

    In minute 26:45 you mention, on Skill Based Routing slide, point 7, "Route WorkItems(Eg Case) using Skills with Apex or Flow or Attribute Routing Setup", but you didn't show using Flow to route the Cases to the agents. Do you have a video showing step by step, showcasing every variable, formula, trigger, all the values, etc., using a Flow to do a Skills Based Routing? How would you go about to do said flow, instead of code ? Much appreciated
