As soon as I see your name come up on my feed I think of that noise "ftftftftftftftftftft" and it makes me smile. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and for moments of joy.
Resontly I have been replaying several master classes and daily videos of O.V.'s. Now I have watched them two or three times in a row when Oliver first put them out. But after trading stocks while using the tactics he taught in his videos, I find myself in awe of the wisdom that I did not get out of his teachings until I had time trading what i got out of his training. Now, after I re-watch his videos, I get more and more out of them. I have to ask myself, why didn't I get this wisdom out of his videos the first time? I'm still very profitable with what little I retain after watching and taking notes (but knowing my note taking skills were never good enough to past test when I was in school), after every time I watch, trade, watch, trade and watch his videos again and again, I pull more wisdom and understanding from them. Just watching them over and over again is not enough! I've been trading for almost as long as he has, but not nearly as much. I had a corporate job as an hourerly twelve hour shiftworker that after working several day shifts in a row, I would flip and work several night shifts in a row. I could only trade on my days off and after I got off my nightshift before I went to bed for the next nightshift. Now as a retired man, I find myself binge watching O.V. videos a couple of hours after I'm through trading for the day, then binge watch some of his older videos for a couple of hours. Later in the evening, I watch his latest videos. This has really made the difference in my success rate. This sounds like a boring life, but I find being able to retire before 60 years old with a small pension and a small trading account, I can pay my bills and and eat out several times a week, I think I'm doing OK for my wife and I. Thank You Oliver Velez for being so selfless, so giving to us all. One of your biggest fans, The Tadpole. (I used to look like a long legged doji. That's how I got my nick name.)
I add a .6 Keltner Channel to my moving averages to create that zone around the moving average. You can fill in the channel to increase visibility of the area. You can also vary the width of the channel to suit your needs.
WoW! Great instructions! Being that this is so highly ranked as a set up, Could I just use this specific setup As my only trading plan. Across many markets and time frames? Thanx!!!
@@OliverVelezTrading Oliver, on a 2 min chart looking at surge through the 200, how far left should we look in order to clear the data? Would it be the entire days data or just previous swing or pivot points during the day? Thank You!
Yes, although it is difficult for many to see, in this example you have 3 color changes: the first one over the MM 200, the second one in the elimination of the opposite color with the Elephant Bar, and the third one with the Candle that clears prices to the left above the MM 20. Hope that helps
I’ve always noted when the 20 crosses the 200 at steep angle 45 or greater, it always has follow through. Gives me trust to watch it hit and keep going instead of getting out at 200 which is still a good idea. Usually take 80% profit at 200 then add again if doesn’t bounce off of it.
Hi Oliver thinking back in one of your live streams I should of asked this question did you or one your traders got hold of the game stop saga I'm asking just for curiosity reasons and if you's did wow would of been one hell of a good trade
Hey Oliver! At around 35 seconds you mentioned putting a hue on the 200 (I know you talk about the 20 the same way). I've been following for over a year now and thoroughly enjoy your content and feel very fortunate but it's available, so thank you very much. I use a very thick transparent line, but I am very curious to know if you could put a value in terms of a simple moving average. How far would you extend off of the 200 and the 20? Hypothetically, could you add two additional SMAs to the 200 SMA to keep you balanced and grounded when things get going around the moving averages.
Hi Oliver, thanks for your content.. what is your opinion on the Blackwell AI trading… Will there be room for the retail investors to make money in the years to come

The Merge, the Purge, the Surge then the Splurge! Definitely helps with retaining the picture. Wonderful session Thanks Oliver! #jeweldrop
Someone who has been in the market for many years can explain so clearly
You are the best...thanks for sharing your valuable knowledge and experience with us 🙏

Good morning Master Oliver, from Bharat
Do we need to learn ICT or SMC trading concepts in order to be successful? Can these concepts be used together with your own method?
Great value sir
What time frame works better for this strategy?
Any Time frame, Preferably the 2-minute

The chart at 6:40, the entry should be that pinbar/torpedo off the 200 isn't it?

What time frames are you using when you say the candle should touch or be close to the 200 ?
What is the time frame of candle we need to follow???
If you added a 200 SMA high and low that would make it look like more of a zone instead of a line. But I like that you keep the charts clean.
