Set up a GitHub repository with SSH and GPG

This is a beginner's tutorial where we will install Git, create a GitHub repository, generate required keys and connect to GitHub with SSH, clone the repository and sign our commits using GPG.
A proper setup for anyone who wants to work with Git and GitHub in a secure way.
