Is ProQ3 not CPU intensive? And takes longer to open, as opposed to using stock EQ? I've seen a trend of producers movin away from Q3 to stock, but not sure what they're doing for their production releases, might just be a time saver for youtube tuts.
this is exactly what i wanted , been working on an ep and i was thinking of adding a dnb to that but i didn't have any sorta idea what should i go on with. But then you just saved me
I like your style of doing the videos. Pleasant to watch and there's actually something to learn, --unlike those very hyperactive music production channels out there..
great tutorial, thank you so much! would have loved to learn how the intro bass pattern relates to the drop. how to "convert" the 1st bass into a drop bass
Chur Ssavid! You're dnb-tutorials are unmatched! I've learned so much from your videos, always keep going❤ I've wondered if you could make a video about creating signature-dnb-sounds with fl studio-stock-plugins. That would be awesome. Cheers mate🤙
Sweet! I want to thank you for the tutorial. I learned a bunch and got a little more familiar with sound design and Fl Studio as a whole. Still in my beginner stages. The only thing is that I cant figure out how to open up those atmosphere with the automation >.
Hey Ssavid! Glad to hear that your doing good with the new job and house! Its been awhile and still havent seen anyone cover how to sound like Former Hero, are you still planning to do a tutorial on that?
sick track man. one question how do you get the parametric eq effect that is opens your reese? is it just automation clip or is it something specific? keep it up
@@SsavidYou sure? Definitely sounds like it's being automated as well and has an LFO on the actual sub preset. Is it a constant 1/8 or just sustain sub? And do you have to painstakingly do the same process for bass 2 or can you link them some how? What if I wanted to add another layer or 3 more. Would you have to do that process for all of them?
Yea bro, the sub is constant, you’ll notice that LFO isn’t connected to anything, likely something I tried but didn’t like the sound of! With the second sound, and easy was to do this is to duplicate your first sound’s serum, then make the adjustments on the second serum patch!
I'm pretty new to this, but i've always thought something sounded off in my FL, so I put it to the test, i copied that first bass, every value and it sounded nothing like yours it has no bass, just the high end gritty sound. So i'm wondering if that got achieved in the processing part or if my shit is just scuffed, cheers bro sick tune!
The video got to me. I think the bass is not from Serum, the one that we are shown - even the notes of the bass melody do not match - the bass in the video plays with B flat, but if you play the melody in the 3rd octave as in the video, it does not build at all. 100% matches only the bass lead in the drive part.
best producer out there, donating to the fund of you getting fabfilter proq3
Oosh my guy! Yea this should Defo be next purchase on the list!

Its the Stranger things pluck sound :D
How did you link your sub to the LFO controls?
I didn’t bro, I just kept it playing constantly

LMAO I used a really similar pluck melody in a track i made last week.
Must be an easy one to come up with 😂
