@@paulheraucourt5132 it’s the best keyboard I’ve had so far. Compared to all the overpriced gaming brand it’s so much better on sound, typing feel and gaming performance
Update: -build quality is incredible - rapid trigger kind of sucks. They tweeted about working on the software/firmware but there has still been no update. Really annoying when counter-strafing or peeking in CS and one of the keys doesn’t register. Mainly an issue at actuations 0.1mm-0.3mm, but I’d still prefer a proper RT implementation. In short, if for competitive shooters - buy a Wooting
Additional update: Their Akko Cloud Driver software has not worked for months - it will just say everything is up to date regardless of the software version. I checked with their discord 2 weeks ago and they just say ‘the developer is aware’… (still not fixed) I contacted support for the most recent firmware V107 or at the very least V103, they sent me V102 which has only fixed some issues. Ive requested the correct firmware several times and still dont have it… Very disappointing experience so far
Another update: Contacted their discord a few weeks ago about their software not working when you go to update (software reports everything is up to date - its not) - they stated their developer has been made aware… its been at least a month since their software hasn’t worked. Contacted support for their most recent firmware, they provided an old one on 2 separate occasions. Still waiting for the firmware they advertise on the product page. Not an amazing experience.
They have finally fixed their app. Still get a Wooting if for shooters. Love the build quality and being able to install the newest firmware make it feel a lot better. Just shouldn’t have been such a long issue
hey fellow singaporean here, stumbled on this channel today and i think your vids are amazing. recently custom built my wooting but this seems like a really nice board to have
At 3:04 Other reviewer has pointed out that the back of the PCB board is done quite poorly as it only has small pieces of foam glued on. What do you think ?
3:24, there is 8pin on the board meaning this could be modded into 3 mode(currently without the 8-pin switch, the board is in power-off wired mode?) I havent used new design with power switch under capslock. but this should be the case
What I recommend instead of asking without checking look at the person channel for the review if it has been done or not saves you time and others who read this comment and also waiting, it's the video before this it's alr done
Dont buy if you will use it daily. The paint will go away after some heavy use. Wanted to buy the year of the tiger one when it was released and mailed Akko about the keyboard durability, and they said it will fade away if used daily.
