I am now proud owner of an apartment in the property.
I have taken decision due to
1. Excellent construction quality as endorsed my relatives who are both civil engineers
2. Well designed apartments with all amenities and also allowing natural light from almost 3 sides .
3. Though kitchen size is somewhat smaller , dedicated passage to washroom from foyer if used in kitchen area, there wont be any issue of size .
4. Locality and area of the property is under developement and hopefully will be in full fledged mode within 2 years . Plus metro station being developed is within 1 km.
5. Proposed river front is within 1.5 km from property which once developed, will add value .
How much did they pay u ?
@@Manish-tb7gg Do you think they pay to individual customer ? Pls let me know if any builder have such promotional scheme.
Also you may visit site and check if my views are correct or not....if not correct , pls post with proof . This is
the way preferred by any real educated person .
