Yes weightage can be give to each Question. (Not Each Section.)

Hello Dear,
You can configure question based on need on each KRA template. Value rating is statically coded so it can not be updated based on need. If you want any change in it using customization it can be done. For customization service you can contact us on [e-mail]

How to create employee login and Admin login . How to give restrictions to the employee So they can able to view their KRA alone?

Hello Dear,
You can create employee user with only access of employee (no other HR related access) and once such user is there they will be able to access own KRA only. Admin and manager user will be as per default odoo rule/flow only

@@_AlmightyCS . I have created KRA for an employee from Admin account. When employee login to KRA, he is not able toview the KRA . can you please help us to fix this issue
