Had this error (102) appear after playing DayZ. Fixed the issue temporarily by reinstalling steam. Played a bit on Dayz and again only to have the same error. Makes me wonder if hackers are directly attacking player accounts.
Sadly the same here, hasn't been working for months. Can't access steam community or wishlist etc. From the information I've gathered myself this seems to be a network problem with the router, since if I'd share my 4G net with my computer - I can access the steam pages, wishlist etc. I've tried to find settings that could potentially block the connection between steam servers and my own but no results. I'm changing network provider in a month, if the problems resolves I know that it's an ISP issue and I'll let you know - in that case you could contact the support and they'll run their diagnostics tools to see what the issue is.
It worked, I had tried another amazing video but this one worked for me, i think my error is aligned with one of these solutions

I tried all these fixes, and the steam store still gives the error 102 code. Any other suggestions?
