@@AndertonsKeyboardDept I'd like to see a Reface CP as one of them. I already own one but I'd be interested to see how close you think it really is to any of the keyboards it's supposed to imitate.

Damn... I tried running the video "blind" behind another browser window and guessing along with Jack. I mistook the Yamaha for the real one! And I've been playing, voicing and repairing wurlies for years. I must say, though, that Jacks Wurlie is a 200a and they tend to sound a little darker than the older models like the 200 that I own. The Yamaha might be modelled on a 200 rather than a 200a, possibly? The Nord was very easy to pick out. Despite Dan saying there is no amp on there, I'm pretty sure he was using the amped sample, which is very easy to spot. The Korg one is just atrocious. I'd wish Nord would try to catch up with Yamaha and ontroduce more/better Wurly samples. Would especially be nice if they would offer some of the older tube-based models as well.
@@andy5178 right, but it would still be easy to pick out compared to Yamaha. Try to take the original sample and apply a bit of amp sim. Sounds almost like the new sample and it works better dynamically because the amp sim actually responds more realistic to dynamics as opposed to the sample.
Another great video guys.... loving your work as always. I play a Wurlitzer EP200A which I absolutely love and I have a Nord too which is great but it'll never quite replace the real deal for Wurli alone.
