Perfect!! look just like my 78 I had in High School in 80's!! I only wish I could get the tire and wheel combo look of 33x 12.50 x 15 on a 10" wide wheel
Wow in love with shiny, Im still in shock! One of my fave trail trucks is my old SCX10 with a shiny black Gmade Buffalo body set sat on top! All murdered out except for one red strip down the sides just love the look!
Beautiful! Looks much more proper sitting lower as well. I’m all about the clean looking builds, glad you are seeing the awesomeness of having no patina (sometimes) 😂😂😂. Great overview as usual! - only odd thing about the truck is the lack of window trim. Needs a bit of chrome…
You will love it Aaron! The bodies of the RC4WD are just awesome. A whole different level of scale realism. …I’m loving those classic stock wheels it comes with too!
Looking good love the front grill, appreciate you sharing I’m just stoked working on my rat Rod. I’ll catch you on the next one until then peace and chicken grease 😁👍👍😎
The grill that comes with it is a 73-74 grill, and the optional grill is a 77-79 grill. I’m definitely picking one up, but it’s looking really good. I’d do the interior up some more, and maybe some wheels and tires.
Nice video brother and your truck looks GREAT! Are you going to put the RC4WD 350 in or scale motor? I’m going to buy one myself and put the Rc4wd 350 in it with Chris’s Rouge Element valve covers on it that Rc4wd sells! And I’m more like you and receive more Joy out of it from the modeling side rather than driving them. I love the scale realism and wrenching on them more than anything. I really don’t drive them to much!
Awesome just home from work watching now, also had some mail when I got home got my Hind joints front end is connected , Hi did you use spacers to spread it out a little, now I just need the shocks
The grub screw trick is a good solution, but what I do is use a driveshaft pin. You can still thread it in, but it will be smooth and won't screw up the body holes over time, unlike the grub screws. It's more work doing it, but well worth the effort in my opinion
I'm glad to see RC4WD still refuses to give the TF2 a better Transfer case skid, that stock skid is bad on the shorter wheelbase trucks, it's the worst on the LWB.
@@RCeveryday I've seen the A&M around, I've personally got a Bowhouse on my Hilux and it does great. But this truck looks good, especially with how you've lowered it. I think it needs some sidesteps/things that instantly get caught on rocks And an exhaust tip
I actually really like this kit, i will wait for the body set to come out though. But the bumpers, mirrors, and wheels are the wrong scale IMO, they are too big. Keep the awesome content coming.
Ok,,, shop Bob wants the keys to the new truck... He's on a mission to find a female pug for his dog... And he's heard that the hobby lobby has some scale honeys in the model and die cast isle.... He also heard that they have a scale barber shop... In the doll house isle. He wants one of those retro Viking hair cuts... it's time for a new doo.

Shiney blue truck in R/C Everyday scale shop.
Bob squinting and searching for his Ray-Bans ...
Hey man the new rc4wd trailfinder2 K10 Chevy truck it's is a awesome looking new look
Just need to dial in the dumbo ear mirrors 😂

Can't wait to get this truck. Looking forward to my first Scale Hardbody

It’s looking awesome brother!!
The Proline class 1 super swampers would look great on this truck. Especially with the 1.55 wheels
Ok I think I have to buy this kit lol. You have it lowered and looking sweet 👍. Hope you get some dirt on it next year at Beat the Creek 24 lol
That truck is really great right out of the box and the updates have it looking great!
Just found RC4wd Polished 60 mm scale shocks super cool they are on the way, From Amazon
You're nailing to look of your Squarebody I'm calling "Blue Moon" cos it's once in a blue moon you like a shiny vehicle😜😄
Hahahahaha! Very fitting!
Yeah that’s the multi bags I bought also
Looking good love the front grill, appreciate you sharing I’m just stoked working on my rat Rod. I’ll catch you on the next one until then peace and chicken grease 😁👍👍😎
Needs hubs too! Can't have a locknut amongst all the goods

I love this truck and trying to talk the wife into letting me get this, lol. It took a little while to get the green light on an scx6 honcho 😂😂
That’s why I don’t have a wife RC first
Looks much cooler and drives more scale now 👌👌👌
Sweeeeeeet looking rig! I think Woody would be a perfect driver! 🤔
That custom grill, Looks way better than the stocker👍 ,,,,,
Stance is on point , truck looks awesome. Paint the letters on the tires , gives it a great look in my opinion 👍
On point? The dumbo ear mirrors too? Huge oversight
@@redndeyes LOL
Got that true potential shining through now! I knew you would lol. Congrats looks great 👍
Looks very nice. Great content 👍🏻
I use driveshaft pins, screw that in thread end first, then they dont saw the holes out when removing refitting the body 👍🏻
Installed grill is 73-74, the optional grill is closest to a 75-76 model, but not as many vertical bars….Either way, I want one of these trucks! 😫
Did that same kind of thing on the body mounts of my bronco. Looking forward to getting mine. First thing I’m doing is removing the chrome.
That truck looks incredible. I gotta get one
Them tires look really good. If it had some weld wheels it would be perfect lol

I’m waiting for the body to be on sale on the rc4wd site. Love the new hardbody here.
Are they selling just the body?
@@brianwood9849 they will be I’m sure. They sell all the blazer bodies as loaded sets un the the bodies section on the site.
Super cool as always. But i do think that other grill looks way more scale. When u picked it up i was hoping u was about to install it😂
For optimal scale, I would only stick the Florida plate on the rear bumper. Florida only has 1 plate, as front plates arent a thing here.
Awesome just home from work watching now, also had some mail when I got home got my Hind joints front end is connected , Hi did you use spacers to spread it out a little, now I just need the shocks
I'm not a Squarebody expert but I think the installed grille is a 75-76 and the optional grille is a 77-78
I would like to see red cat 26 inch wheels
Truck looks great. One thing though...FL is a one-plate state. Only in the rear. Need a vanity plate for the front 😎 .
Right on lol. I’m from tx we have to do 2🤦♂️ I hate it
@RCeveryday we had to do 2 plates in MA too when I lived there so I hear ya.
Nice ❤👍👏🛻🛻
Shiny science?!?! Don't scratch that paint lol
Nice! Great with the rub-screws trick, got to try on my trucks! Totally forgot that soulution! Any link to the one you use?

A cheaper option to the hw1080 is a isdt 70 it's very programmable and no program card it's bluetooth 👊🏼🤙🏼🇬🇧💨💨

There are so many good aftermarket ones out though. A&M is my favorite. Bowhouse is second.

The grill you put in is a 1978, I think
Really liking the grill, is that stock motor...is this the stock motor ?
It’s the motor it comes with stock. Yes.
I actually really like this kit, i will wait for the body set to come out though. But the bumpers, mirrors, and wheels are the wrong scale IMO, they are too big. Keep the awesome content coming.
It’s been the same on their k5 blazer body too. A lot of folks are swapping on the traxxas square body mirrors, bumpers and door handles.
You left out front shackles and hangers
What would you recommend if you wanted to change the color
I’d just wait for the body sets to come out and build one from the ground up. I’m planning on doing a different one for this chassis.

😂😂 that poor dog does need some love. Bob gets plenty with his fro though🤣
So you get 60mm in front and rear shocks ?
Yes front and rear
I think 1979
You said it hot here in texas 🤔, what part of texas you from , im from texas as well 👀 and i think i seen you on instagram
Im east of DFW
@@RCeveryday man lol , im in Houston tx , i was hoping you said h town lol
@@RCeveryday i just now stared following you on instagram
iam looking for a 1968 ford truck like that. can you help? please?
No one makes a hard bodied ford, traxxas has some lexan ford bodied crawlers
Find someone to 3d print one. I'm have a 66 f100 done.
Is this Lipo compatible?
Yes sir, just have to move the pin on the ESC to put it in lipo mode. I run 2000 3 cell in everything
@@RCeveryday Awesome Thank You!
