Detectives probe how Echesa pulled off military show at a city hotel

DCI detectives want the office of deputy president William Arap Ruto to provide the full version of the CCTV footage that shows what happened when former sports CS Rashid Echesa entered the harambee house annex accompanied by directors of a polish firm to sign tender documents.
Even though the deputy president has distanced himself from the scam, investigators want to establish whether anyone from harambee house annex was involved.
