I find horses the oddest of all creatures- from one angle they are the most beautiful thing I've ever seen and from another - well I've seen better looking mud. I have more of a photography background though and a split second can make a world of difference. I've just started dabbling into the art of the pencil and your tutorials are helping me out plenty- my art still looks like mud but if I stare at it long enough I can tell it's a horse- so I'm improving. Thanks!

could you draw an appaloosa? I love them! I was lucky enough to even ride one! Her names Skitter and today I figured she has an abcess and won't put ANY weight on her back left leg. I feel horrible for her and now it has to heal.
That One Equestrian my mini donkey had that on his hoof as well!! It kept coming back too 😭

I just found this channel, and It helps SO MUCH, being a young artist and trying to figure out different tricks and ways to draw realistically, is kinda hard at my end. I mainly wanted to do a horse picture of the dark side and the side we see of horses, like all fun and happy, then on the other side of the head, its what can happen to a horse.

I'd like to see a video of a horse's head raised slightly, looking forward but in a three-quarter view. I'm having trouble with a painting I'm doing that has this type of head and I just can't get it right from memory. Can you help? Thanks, Lindy

This technique helped me a lot! Especially for the ears I always have trouble with those but the angel technique used really helped me for them
Those skulls were kinda cool.
Horses fur (well at least my horses) has a shine in the sun. Any recommendations on how to get that effect would be helpful.
You could use the eraser trick she used on the forelock or shade it in lightly or not at all in the areas where the sun is reflecting. Hope it helped :)

OKAY FINALLY I CAN COMMENT. I was hoping to ask if you might be able to post a vid about SHADING the horses in and also more about the horses eyes. If you look at a horse what you have drawn IS right but I also somewhat feel that they should be hidden a little more. I would really LOVE a COLOUR IN video, different colours, breeds and markings.
In saying all these LOVE how you make something I also found so hard now seem so easy.

Could you draw an Arabian. I grew up with horses and animals and I love them all, but the Arabian is by far my favorite. I love their unique shape and the way they move
Btw the hollow above the eye socket is where their temple is You are great at teaching art and I have learned so much
