    I love your coaching. I remember learning back tucks on the beam & my coach would get mad when I got nervous 😓

    I just want to say ive just come across this channel and i love it (yes i have subscribed :). Im more interested in the coach/gymnast relationship and this is just fantastic...All the best to all your gymnasts this coming competitive year.

    Great job! I have been terrified of doing my backhand spring step out on the high beam. My hands on the floor are PERFECT, but when it comes to do it on the beam my feet are glued to the beam I cannot go back! Help me! 🥺

      Your hands won’t miss, Ive also been struggling with it since quarantine, I’ve often found that it’s easier on beam then on floor! Trust yourself and you got this!

      @@lydiaparker824 thanks!! But sadly the reason why I’m scared is because I tried it once on a fat track and missed my hands. I was fine and did it again but then we didn’t work it for a LONG time and now I can’t trust myself! :(

      @c a r o l !!! I do back handspring step out on beam too and it took me a really long time to get it because I was super scared but when you do it for the first time you realize it’s not that scary. Every day on beam the first one I do is super scary but after that it’s fine. Just take a deep breath and don’t think about it too much. Does your coach spot you on it? If they do and they trust you to try it, then they have faith in you. You got this!!!

    I am pretty sure your not allowed to wear tiger paws on beam or at least that is what I am told

      Your allowed to but some coaches don’t want you to cause it can make your wrists weak
