@@pablotrueno1076 im italian and i lived there id say it was ok beautiful place but very isolated so everyone knew everything about everyone. To me it was quite shocking in how much people just talked about other peoples lives, like mind your own bussines. And it was very 2 faced they would be very nice in person to someone but talk shit about the exact same guy to me, and i dont care haha. And im fluent in swedish, hope your gonna be too one day 🍻
It was a great video BUT it sadly got pretty booring when u only had views from Mariehamn and Lemland.....so for the next video of Åland (wich i really think you should do) maybe try and go for example to Kastelhoms castle, the ruins of Bomarsund etc. And you should definitely go to the island of Föglö, it has really beautiful nature and to not forget the beautiful town of Degerby!!
Thank you for the recommendations! I had just approx. 36 hours on the island and was going around on my rented bicycle pretty randomly, since all this was already very pretty and nice to capture on a drone. Next time with more time, lovely place for sure!
@@OneManWolfPack ahaa okey i see!!! Well you could rent a cabin somewhere and maybe rent a car, or a bicycle again! It takes approximatly 30 minutes from Mariehamn to the harbour of Svinö in Lumparland with car, from there the ferry to Föglö takes about 25-30 mins and the ferry will come directly to Degerby!!
