You know what is crazy. I actually made all of those tiny rock towers 😂 I used to work there when I lived in Kanab my uncle owns the shop

I was in Kanab in 2003. Took a plane trip from the airport there and over the Grand Canyon. Great memories.

Drive to Toroweap from Saint George. Over Trumbull. But not in winter.
You go to Pipe Springs over Kaibab Plateau/Jacob Lake/Down to House Rock Road. Aka Vermillion Cliffs. Or Jacob Lake to North Rim.
Zion. AZ STRIP. Is in area.
Zion is 56 miles from Saint George. North Rim 140.
So 4 days gets you alot and hotels used to be cheaper.
Great Drive back way to Hanksville. I always drive back out to interstate going to Moab.
Snow Canyon is great to walk. Fun area to just drive. If not absurdly hot day.

You drive through Kanab. It is definitely the last stop. Going south. Jacob Lake has a store if open.
The AZ STRIP is 80x200 miles. Connected to GCNP and Lake Mead NRA.
That is big. Add Grand Staircase and bigger.
Although a small BLM district the strip had 4600 miles of roads.
    396 maintained.
Mojave county had few they maintain.
The county seat is in Kingman AZ on the other side of the Grand Canyon. One Sheriff assigned to north side. 😅😂

Stopped there 20 years ago. Nice place. Want to go back. Stop in St. George sometime. There was a little place on the way to Kanab that sold rocks. Bought a couple. Nice video.

Kanab vs. Kanob, sorry reminds me of Lompoc vs. Lompoke. Also cute town tho in California. Enjoyed your video! Trails End restaurant I’ve eaten the best rolls ever and I don’t usually eat rolls. As good as my Grandma’s. Sorry Grandma 😬
