1990 Chevy g20 conversion was my first car. Was 19 and my father said i can buy what ever I wanted ( I worked for him for 2 yrs without pay) . Of course gas was also 90 cents a gallon. Probably the most fun I've had with a vehicle.
@@NothinButCarReviews 80,000 USD is over 100,000 CDN, that’s a lot of money, but a new Chrysler Pacifica could get to $60K, so I guess it’s all relative.
How does it sound from the exhaust on start up? When they offer these in a Hybrid model. That’s when I believe ppl will get back into these. Of course when the EV’s come out. I applaude GM for keeping the column shift. Keep it nostalgic
Not as beefy as old reliable 6-0, but still sounded pretty nice. And electric one should be coming in next few years, if so, I plan on getting one if I can afford to. 😂
@@NothinButCarReviews it’s all about distance with me on the EV model. I want to see a test in the summer months where the A/C is blowing constantly and passengers have mobile devices plugged in.
Facts… The Chevy Express/GMC Savana van is the oldest vehicle on the market today. It has been offered since 1996 without a major redesign. Now that’s what I call putting lipstick on a old pig lol!
If a redesign means making it look like the modern eyesores coming out these days then keeping it original is a good thing. If anything I think lowering the tail lights and putting round headlights like a 77 G20 would be the only “redesign” I’d be stoked for.
I'm disgusted that Chevy only makes a 6.6 l V8 engine in their cutaway Vans and their passenger vans in 2024. I'm going to have to be forced into buying a 2023 with that motor. I wanted a brand new one but I can see that's just not going to happen. I'm also know big fan of their 8-speed automatic after the huge class action suit they just had awarded against them.. which is now their base transmission and their base engine and only engine I think available is the 4.3 V6 which is gutless to carry weight and tow..
My dad had a van just like this one & we loved road tripping in the summers! I only have one child but I still want one of these vans!
Spoil yo child I hope u get then van ❤
Me too!🥹🥹

Amazing job with my dream vehicle dude.
Very cool to see a Chevrolet Express/GMC Savanah HD Vans with the base 4.3 Liter V6 engines
How In maintains to cha just a spark plugs?you gave to tear down all interior only for that
Can you get them with all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive? We can get a pile of snow up here.
4wd is rare, but it is available.

Hey its a real nice van.. but need to see price tag
An 8-track player would be perfectly at home in that van.
Nice one. Good presentation

Wait until 2026
That is a good thing with the money pits they put out now.
@@apkn1955 True!
And it’s still pretty reliable
Very nice job.
What the towing capacity?
5-7500 lbs based on equipment I think
Does anyone know how to connect the headphones to the tv?
Not sure, but should be instructions with owner's manuals.
they are radio frequency and more than likely have come unhooked the r/f module is located behind the TV usually on the left side
$100,000 for a V6, never said it was front wheel drive or rear wheel drive I wouldn't give $100,000 for V6 nope
Express vans are either rear wheel drive or 4 wheel drive
@@NothinButCarReviews looks like a privet jet but on the road. So is it AWD or rear.
You can get it with the V8, you just gotta pay more.
And no one paying for a 2004 van come on now!
You don’t have no idea those 4.3 v6 are one of the strongest engine ever build by chevy
Is the engine LV3 285 hp?
336 with Tune Package, 276 stock I believe
I didn't know the 4.3 was still being offered.
Best part would be trying all the different ways to arrange the seats and set the lounge.
Is there any in New Jersey
Not sure, but Mike Castrucci Conversion Van Land can ship to you, they do it quite often.
@@NothinButCarReviews can I trade in a car
How many mpg
How much hp
Sorry for so many questions but how many heat seats are there in each van normal for like a 7 seater
Would you recommend towing a Kia?
Uhhh, I wouldn’t tow anything, but it may be able to pull a small car with little issue.
@@NothinButCarReviews I plan on towing my Dad’s Kia so I can have a car for some situations
6.6 or 6.0 has a heavier transmission..will tow 7500 I think...
Did it use 2 b v8 then swutch 2 v6
Yes, V6 was just a new option for the year I believe.
@@NothinButCarReviews would y say the v6 over the V8 as in better for the van or not
How much cost... Please ❤
Between $85k-$95k I believe.
Really? Gm needs to focus on designs like no one paying much for this outdated van
So whats the cost?
$85,000-$90,000
Nice
Come on a 4.3L v6. It's a great engine, but not in a large van . No way!!!
GM Still Makes the 4.3 V6
As much as these cost that dash should definitely should be all digital and that rear view mirror should also be completely digital
Luxury Bang Bus
Bro does the back windows roll down ?😭🤦🏽♂️ 😂
No, I think they MIGHT vent, but you do get that sunroof on certain high tops which is very nice.
While the 4.3 isn't terrible after they revamped it.... I would still rather the 6.6 gas option
All they did was just replaced the radio that’s all and it’s sticking out

🤔 Make an excellent vehicle for #VanLife 🚐 without actually having to do too much charging because the bed is already there.
