This video also marks the debut of the Atari Lynx sound chip, Mikey, on the channel. Created using the latest GitHub source build of Furnace. I know this is a short one. Unless I'm missing something or it hasn't been implemented yet, Furnace never gave me an option to change the number of loops from 1 to another number. I could've worked around it by making the module longer, but I didn't think about that when I was rendering the video.
Funny thing about this cover is that it sounds almost identical to the gameboy version of the song because of the lower resolution of the triangle channel (from SMB deluxe). Of course the detuning is there but you get the idea
You can fix the tuning issues by using the lowest bit in the "Duty/Int" macro, 0. It also makes the square tones higher-pitched, so you must fix all of the notes to compensate.

Sounds almost identical, crazy.
Nice cover
Seeing the codename of the Lynx's sound chip has me thinking about Life Cereal.
"He likes it! Hey Mikey!"

Nice Mikey/Lynx cover of the song, and it sounds super close and faithful and perfectly completely identical to the original song!😄🤩😎👌
Wow it’s accurate but slightly off-tune I guess
A good number of Atari chips suffer from detuning
