Murasoo, you are absolutely right! Boiling hot food should never be placed in plastic containers, let alone transported in sealed ones! Excessive and prolonged heat exposure are likely to promote breakdown with chemicals leaching from the plastic into the food. In these situations, food grade stainless steel should be used. Please check food handling regulations and HACCP.

Gloves must be changed at least every four hours, when returning to work after a break, and when switching tasks. Glove use alone cannot stop the spread of pathogens. Food workers must also wash their hands.
