    Simon Sinek's podcasts are outstanding. Every time giving something new, fresh, so deep and profound and needs many listenings, taking notes, coming back, reflecting and finally transforming. Amazing !

    It has been proven time and time again in my life, when people are given space to maneuver instead of being pigeonholed as being solely a certain persona, they do tend to surprise us by revealing more of their better sides. We can all do with some leeway.

    Feel like Im giving people a second chance who find it hard to comprehend and take ownership of there actions and behavior. ....the right video ment for grown folks mature enough to know better.

    Yes!
    Psycholinguistics.
    In The Peer Movement we say, "I am a person who lives with (diagnosis)," instead of, "I have (diagnosis)." It seems a bit verbally clumsy at first, sure.
    It serves to remind us in a quietly powerful way that we are more than our diagnoses.
    Narrative is everything.

    I think it’s much easier to judge others when it’s not happening to us , until we are judged for what is socially acceptable such as parking tickets and ghosting ppl who love you ! We won’t understand how hard it is for those we cast away because they happened to be a result of consequences of circumstances and environments
