I love spending quiet time in your craftroom with you, Janet. It was lovely to flip through your journal with you and Freddie. I agree, we get new ideas from old journals. I take notes when I watch videos and live streams. I like to make note of something that interested me and I can go back to look because I've jotted down who's video it was. Brrrrrrr out there. I'm so ready for spring and some beautiful sunshine.

For many years I only had written journals, have always been a 'writer'' , but am enjoying creating mixed media/fabric journals now...always something new to discover... Malia, it’s like that isn’t it once baked goods come out of the oven they don’t last long, oh Lily yes it does look like a donut !! Thank you, it’s certainly lovely to keep these memories in a journal, even if it’s a few tickets and memories scribbled down. Realistically though when the children are young there really just doesn’t seem like there are enough hours in the day !! Hope you get a bit of feet up time tomorrow ❤️
I so enjoy your flip-through Fridays and seeing all your wonderful journals. I am fortunate to live only about 15 minutes from "the shore" so visiting the beach is something I do as often as I can. With my husband ill, the trips are less frequent but the sunshine on my skin, hearing the waves on the shore and the sea birds chatting amongst themselves is free therapy for us both. Blessings to you for sharing.

Lynn Happy Friday ! 😊 I love the mirror over the fireplace, when we moved into the house, someone had removed the original built in huge one, I mentioned this to Ben he went straight on eBay and found one ! I said we can’t drive to Kingston ( with London traffic takes an hour ) he said no worries it’s not like it’s Kingston Jamaica ! It fitted into his car with just millimetres to spare !! Thank you for sharing the seashore with us. Being smack in the middle of the USA, I don’t get to the seashore. Now we do have some fishing ponds, rivers and small lakes. My seashells are from my favorite vacation spot, Hobby Lobby. If there was a B&B next door, it would be simply perfect. Oh well. I just have to be content with the paper idle instead of the Green Island.

You will never guess what I did while watching........I actually stroked Freddie on the close ups of him I hope he enjoyed 😉 it. Julie and Cadbury came for dinner tonight and we watched Kavanagh QC. Do you remember it John Thaw who also played the Morse series two of my favourites. Am disappointed Endeavour's finishing now. BTW do you watch the Sewing Bee program on TV. Just seen last year's I love it and think they are all quite clever. Takes me back to my machine sewing days. Goodnight Janet and Freddie and family xx

Oh I used to love Morse ( never got into Endevour ) loved his car, music and scenes of Oxford, read the book too back in the day. Love the sewing Bee oh yes they are so talented, love it when they upcycle garments so inspiring. 🧵 have a good nights sleep and a peaceful Sunday ❤️
