1988 first time I heard ram Herrera on the radio ., I became a fan of his music . I was only 16 and not even Chicano , but I like tejano music .
Don't have to be Chicano to like tejano music it's in our blood our ancestors is what created this , as a kid in the early 80s remember my grandfather jamming to tejano music been listening ever since

Enjoy you using your high hat for timing. I do notice that most drummers do not use crisp rolls like the elder drummers like Rick Reyes or even Richard Solis. I would like to see that in future use.
