To beat 20k meter basically what you got to do there's two options. First the easy way (you wont get the ghost town badge) you got to die by the ghost town meters and then respawn, then they will all despawn or the second way which is harder (you will get the badge and its the quickest way to defeat them) you got to go to the church and kill the vampire, once you kill the vampire, the vampire will drop a weapon called a dagger and its the best weapon in the game and it can one shot mutants or the ghost town people. But the only way to one shot them is to basically kill at least 15 or less mutants with it and it will charge up and will be a one shot and will be the easiest way to get the badge. Tip on how to get past 20k: It’s very hard to get threw but what everyone does is they die then respawn because once you die it despawns all of the mutants
