Hi, sir, can we use air in autoclave instead of Nitrogen if we are working under 250 C . and what should be the quality of air in terms of particles size etc . . . ? thanks
Thanks for the quesitons. Although most autoclaves in the US are pressurized with Nitrogen, you can certainly use compressed air as well. This air should be filtered and oil-free using commercial-grade oil-separator. Particle size is not as important as providing oil-free air.
