We should've seen it coming. With the removal of Python almost two decades ago and the removal of Sand Serpent last year, it was really a matter of time before we saw Scorpion leave because it's basically out of place with all the other big coasters they have in the park.
Serengeti Flyer will be down for a while, waiting on parts from S&S. SkyRide is closing soon for annual. Great update. Yes there is work being done on the ponds. And of course PINK CHICKENS!
Was there on Tuesday to give my final rides on Scorpion. Also gave Kumba a couple laps and they were doing quite a bit of work on the retention ponds! Phoenix Rising was also closed for “annual maintenance” according to the sign they had out front, though they were doing a ton of test runs
Thinking of going to my first HoS event here. Is it as busy/crazy as universals HHN? Will I be able to get everything done in one night and some night rides?
I'll tell you what I work for a AV company and do corporate events and those truss towers need bigger bases and sand bags!!! Those look like 24 by 24 bases they need to be 36 by 36 especially if you pass 10 foot tall truss that's crazyyyyyyyy

Phoenix Rising closed for maintenance already? It’s a brand new ride! I’ve given up on Skyride being open. Closed every time I come to the park.
@@cyrbuzz6615 Skyride was open earlier in the day. Phoenix was closed on 9/3 for testing after they had swapped out a car.
Why is Congo closed? It isn’t maintenance related
