dear sir, if we found undercut in weld lenght 8" for material less than 1" and the lenght of undercut is 2", depht 1/16" which is statically non tubular connection still accept?

it is accepted since it is less than or equal to 2" and depth is 1/16"

Hi how about a 200 mm length of fillet weld and there is only single undercut 2 mm deep ( 5 mm long) ... thickness of plate less than 25 mm ... is this acceptable or rejected and please why ?

Its good,but its confusing much to new comers as u r suddenly doing conversion inch and mm
