Over 2 and a half years since I quit smoking. Best decision I've ever made. To anyone struggling with it, you can do it and I promise you it will be worth it.
After I gave up all drugs in my life on November 25, my new addiction is your content. I used to be skeptical of you while still in active addiction but I realize that was addiction talking not the real me. I think You’re a solid, would love to do a one on one sometime
Im on day 5 of quitting cannabis and your videos have been a blessing, i watch your videos almost every morning. It has been going fairly smooth so far with a few withdrawl symptoms and some cravings here and there. I have never been more productive in my life since i quit
I haven't smoked in almost 9 years, i was the worst, if i quite anymore can. Everything you said is so true, i always believed it to be impossible. When all it really took was a change of mindset and 3 or 4 days of cravings
I’m 3 years off alcohol, 9 days off marijuana (quit smoking cigs after I turned 19) Now I gotta work on ME 😅 THANK YOU for all your helpful, supportive and informative messages! They’ve been a huge help to me 💯🤙🏻✝️❤️
Focusing on my physical and mental health has been good for keeping me busy and distracting me from my addictions. In my down time(while my muscles heal) I try to read, listen to music, draw and clean stuff. Keeping the mind busy is really helpful
I smoked cigarettes for over a decade and found them not too hard to quit for some reason. First three days or so was tough. Cannabis on the other hand I’m having a harder time with. I have not gone more than 12 hours without smoking cannabis since i was maybe 13. I’m currently 34. I’ve been telling myself for weeks that tomorrow is the day. I wake up and last an hour before cracking. Insane. Feels like a prison i can’t escape.
i am still strong if it comes to weed 46th day today relapsed to alcohol like 5 times during that time due to mood swing and anxiety but i will do it sadly i am constantly coming back to nicotine i manage to stay of off it for 8 days before i broke same reason as it was with alcohol but i will keep tryin till i succed keep up the good work Frank thank You for ur updates
Cigarettes are made to keep you addicted. They contain countless of substances, which make your body crave for more. The most known one is nicotine. Quitting is very hard, and most people need several times before giving up cigarettes for good. So if you relapse, don’t get discouraged. Instead, think about why you wanted to quit in the first place. And try again. Good luck to everyone who is trying to quit!👋❤
Cannabis helped me quit cigarettes and a decade later I’m still “quitting” cannabis 😂 idk how people quit weed super easy but struggle super hard to quit cigs. Blows my mind.
32 years old and have been smoking cannabis concentrates upwards of 20x a day for 16 years, half my life. I have been functioning at a high level in all areas of life regardless of the cannabis use. Recently in the last couple years cannabis has been causing muscle tightness all over my body and I have tried to quit many times but the withdrawals are extreme and do not seem to go away. I have tried using various drugs to replace cannabis during the withdrawal phase but still the withdrawals are too much for me. Any tips? lol.
The first time I read “the easy way to stop smoking” was magic! I enjoyed every second of quiting even when sweating the withdrawals… but I got back to the trap years later by one cigarette and now I’m looking for an easy way to quit again but I’ve read the book again 4 times and it’s not giving me the same feeling and joy I felt the first time.. I’m relapsing every two days… wtf 🤦🏻♂️ Didn’t use will power the first time it was truly easy… but I can’t quit easy nor with will power… yet
@@ciararespect4296 no that never works because I was always fighting myself mentally for wanting to smoke… the answer was Allen carr easy way BOOTCAMP that audio book fixed my desire to smoke… cero cravings! It was like magic! Like I never smoked before…. You can find it in audible
I’m on day 6 today and last 2days I can’t sleep, I go to bed and lie down for 5-6 hours and I can't fall asleep, I'm nervous and I'm afraid that it will be like this all the time, does anyone have the same problem, and how long could this last, because it affects my work and me, I don't want to go back to my old ways, I don't want to smoke anymore because I decided to be healthier and for my family to be healthier and a girlfriend who has asthma, I'm just interested in how long my sleeping problems could last?

What I did to quit nicotine is telling other people that I was quitting and then telling them about my experience as it was happening so they could understand why I was acting a certain way. The mood swings, weird craving dreams, slight insomnia, intense cravings, sense of smell regaining, taste buds rebuilding, ALL OF IT.

What is the approximate ratio of KSM-66 to NAC in the gum? Is it or 1:1 or what? How much of the 150mg dosage is KSM-66 and how much is NAC?

I’m about a month over quitting Vaping. Initially started smoking cigarettes a long time ago. Are having the withdrawals still normal at this point?

I could give that a try should it keep me from grinding my teeth?
It should be a significant help.

If they cut down on nicotine on vaping. Some people might just smoke again. And could be likely if they cut down on a lot of nicotine all at ones
Quitting cold turkey is hard af, it’s all a matter of Will Power
I don't think vaping is just a bit worse then not vaping its probably a lot worse then not vaping
