Only trouble with Biafine is that your skin peels tremendously after applying it. It was originally designed for severely burned patients in hospitals. So expect a large amount of peeling.

I've tried lots of lip balms and the Nuxe reve de miel are the only ones that keep my lips from chapping. Can you do a lip balm series please? I've heard the la Roche Posay Cica lip balm is good.

Hi and welcome! I have sensitive skin too; I recommend looking for moisturizers with glycerin squalane or ceramides. I like the Cetaphil Advanced Relief cream with shea butter, the Kiehls ultra facial cream, or the neutrogena hydroboost. (COI: I have worked with Kiehls and Neutrogena in the past, but do not get paid to recommend them organically)
Your skin must be very dry, take some time after cleansing your skin to use it. and use very little because it can be itching if you use to much or not on dry skin, and build up in the beginning don't use it every night right away.
Start out slow pea sized all over and see how skin reacts cica baume helps if irratated next day if you are good and skin unaffected . Just keep using same everyday. I use it as a slugging baume now. My skin has tolerated this well for a year now. I use lrp tolerain first clean skin then cover with a313 for slugging . My skin is supple and glowing when I wake.

Hi Kevin, good question; biafine is meant for use on cuts, burns, scrapes, or inflamed skin. I don't think it is the best choice as a facial moisturizer
I have used both and tretinoin gives best result if your skin can tolerate it. I know question was not for me but I saw this comment and wanted to share my experiences.

Can you use Ialuset on your lips?
The texture is more like a lotion, and it is not tested for ingestion the way lip products are, so I probably would not.
If I use tretinoin twice a week, is that better than a313?

Never heard about that. I don't think so as you have to use it only for burns, unless you burn yourself everyday...
Definitely not for everyday use.
