Greetings! I've started doing this new thing, when, if I feel kind of depressed, i remind myself how lucky i feel to be living now, instead of being born in dark middle ages.x) and so far it seems to be working surprisingly well. Teas with druid helped greatly! So thank You! 😌 may your days be blessed
Many thanks Philip :) This reminds me of seeing Buddhist monks, walking through busy Bangkok. Their temple was obviously nothing like the busy city streets and yet they seemed to be able to fit in, interacting with people and yet maintaining their serene, self-controlled state of mind. The two worlds seemed to blend, effortlessly :)
Such a beautiful meditation, I’ve just come back from seeing New Orleans sculpture garden at the back of the art museum in City park. It’s so inspirational to see such beauty. Very wise words about seeing the beauty in everywhere.
I love your facial expressions with technologyʻs whimsy. Where am I? My heart, in the memory of the stands of willows in a recent camping adventure, they are very alive in my being. I took my morning tea into the center and chanted my morning oli, praying into the tree, knowing, from the local Chumash tending them, that parts of them would be harvested for their sweat lodges. Since then, they feel very alive in me.
I experience paradise here in our region. A recent hike, a young man and his son hiking, we paused to chat, and we smiled together, this is paradise, right here now, was our sense.

Thank you! This was lovely as I used to live in Edinburgh and often went to the Botanical Gardens. Took me right back to that magical garden. ❤

I'm feeling warm cozy and a little sleepy. Feels good! Warmth in my solar plexus, sensation in the base of my throat.
Thank you Philip for your alternative to 'othering'. We need this so much.
The beginning is amazing here 🙌
