When you work on something that only has the capacity to make you 5 dollars, it does not matter how much harder you work - the most you will make is 5 dollars.
Very possible! especially at this moment. Profits can be made in many different ways, but such intricate transactions should only be handled by seasoned market professionals.
I wonder if using my Delaware LLC (dedicated to selling digital online tech courses) to trade stocks or trade on an app like Robinhood with the LLC's idle profits would make me engage in US trade or business, thus jeopardizing the transparency benefits of owning an LLC as a non-resident alien with no engagement in US trade or business. Thank you so much for your help! :)
Do you think one day USA decides to tax non residents? Because I lived in Uae and they announced the coorporate tax so quick, do such things happen in USA?

I'm surprised that you just mentioned and recommend Mr Brian Nelson. I met him at a conference in 2018 and we have been working together ever since.
Any specific guide. I'm from Georgia how do I go about this? I think I'm interested how can I get in touch with Mr Brian Nelson
I love how you cater your content to non-residents, I really really love them!
Thank you sir.
If you're a non-resident US LLC owner, wouldn't funds received be classed as "US-sourced" income and therefore then require more tax filings?
Thanks for this! If I'm in Colombia and I create an LLC, do I have to pay taxes on the LLC in Colombia?

No it would not. But you probably can't use those apps it's only for US residents

It's country by country
Does LLC owned by one or more offshore companies (BVI or Anguilla) is treated as a non resident and pay no taxes?
Sure it can, depending on what the activity is and who the ultimate owner is
Do you think one day USA decides to tax non residents? Because I lived in Uae and they announced the coorporate tax so quick, do such things happen in USA?
They are doing this uae just for companies not persons. I don't think it will happen in the US. The US cannot tax everyone in the whole world
@JamesBakerCPA yea but as a non resident in uae if you have an LLC you still have to pay 9% on World wide income, also freezones.
@@mahermansour1131they can surely. Nothing stopping to pass a bill to start taxing non resident LLCs
It's just never even been a topic of discussion at all
What if I live in the us but I use my local passport to avoid tax?
If you live in the US and are not on a student visa then you are subject to taxes here.
