Great video man! I have one question about the smash preparation. People always tell me to hold my racket behind my head, but where does the arm go? Does my elbow point down to the floor while preparing, or rather outwards towards the glass/fence?
To start i would recommend 90 degrees in armpit and elbow, keep the face of your racket at the back of your head. Thats the preperarion for vibora, for the kicksmash you extend a bit more. Så the elbow point a bit more to the sky and the top of the racket points a bit more to the floor!
There are quite a few different smashes in padel, all have different techniques...so maybe first its to understand which overhead you would like to hit?
I get it, 95% of all players play double, but any tips for a new player playing singles? Hitting it down the middle or focusing on one player doesn't really work in singles 😊
Singel is a good way the get use to hitting the ball and reading the ball after glas and so on, its not competitve imo... more of a training session to focus on consistensy!
@@jakekungen At beginner level, singles is so much more fun and competitive, and a much better work out. And as you say very good to train up consistency.
Thanks for u for your time to share great information to us , I would ask you : What is your racket brand, Kindly share details about it 🌹
